Real Estate Broker Classes – American Real Estate Academy

Real Estate Broker Classes

Our Real Estate Broker Classes

Successful real estate agents use every competitive advantage they possess, especially in the battle for listings. The real estate broker license identifies that you are a real estate professional with at least three years of real estate sales experience. A licensed real estate broker may open up their own real estate office and work for themselves.

Massachusetts State law requires broker candidates take 40 hours of pre-license classes AND to have been actively licensed as a real estate sales agent and have been associated with a real estate broker for the last 3 years.

Our real estate broker classes are a lecture series that will provide information on eight different real estate subjects, and includes a textbook. Our classes are designed to assist you on understanding each subject so that you may successfully pass the real estate broker exam. Students are urged to bring a notebook, pen, and highlighter to your classes and to take notes during your real estate broker classes. A textbook will also be provided to each student.
