Class runs 5 days per week for 2 weeks 10:30am – 2:00pm

Class is located at our main office 582 Boston Post Rd Weston, MA 02493

Course materials will be handed out the first day of class and is included in tuition.

Student will want to bring a notebook, highlighter and writing utensil for note taking.

Dress is casual. Small snacks, coffee, water and like beverages are all welcome in class.

We do not have public internet access, if using a laptop for notes they will need to be saved offline.

Course Completion Policy

Online Students are given 90 days from the date of registration to complete the course. If a student needs more time then we will extend the time out another 90 days at no charge. If the time passed is over six months but within a year the student is charged $150.00 to re-enroll and may choose to complete the topics they have yet to complete or take the course in its entirety ; 1 year up to 2 years the student will be charged $225.00 and complete the course in its entirety; if more than two years has passed the student is required to re-enroll at the current regular tuition rate and complete the course in its entirety. In person students may reschedule their course one time at no charge (rescheduling must be requested no later than 48 hours before original class start time/date). In person students must complete their live in person course within the dates they are scheduled. If an in person student needs to reschedule more than the one free of charge time they will be charged $30 to reschedule. See Refund Policy for Cancellation policies.

Refund Policies

Online course students may receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, if you elect to withdraw from the course before attending a class within 90 days of registration. Live In Person Students may receive a refund minus a $25.00 Cancellation fee if course is cancelled up to 48hrs before scheduled first day of class. Live In Person Students may reschedule their class one time at no charge up to 48hrs before the class start date. Cancellations made within 48hrs of in person class start time the cancellation fee is 50% of the course tuition (no exceptions) No call/email/ No Show for live in person classes no refund will be issued. If you need to defer your enrollment, reschedule or put your course on hold you MUST call or email the school to request this AND receive a confirmation that the request has been approved. Students who have started their course are not eligible for a refund.

Course Videos & Tracking Student Progress

Each CE topic is broken into 8 sections. Each section is approximately 15 minutes long. You will need to complete each section in order to move onto the next section. You will not be able to advance to the next section or topic until your current section is viewed in its entirety.

After successfully completing each topic, you will receive a certificate of completion notating your completed CE requirements.

Each of the self-paced topics are broken into 5 sections. Each section is approximately 45 minutes long. You will need to complete each section in order to move onto the next section. You will not be able to advance to the next section or topic until your current section is viewed in its entirety.

For each of the scheduled topics, you will need to register in advance for each topic to reserve a seat. After attending each of these topics, you will receive in individual attendance code which you will need in order to receive full credit for these topics.

At the completion of each topic, you will also be required to complete a brief quiz which covers important information from that topic.

After successfully completing each section of the course, you will receive your certificate of completion in the mail, at which point you will be able to take the state exam.
