 Real Estate Sales Classes

A real estate sales candidate must be eighteen years of age and complete state-approved classes to be eligible for a real estate sales license. The real estate sales course consists of 40 hours of instruction which must be completed before taking the real estate state exam. Prior real estate knowledge is not required to participate in our real estate classes.

Our real estate classes are for those that have never held a salesperson/broker license in Massachusetts. If you have held a real estate sales license in Massachusetts at anytime and have let it lapse you will want to contact the Division of Professional Licensure before registering for classes.

Now offering entirely online classes!

The real estate classes are a lecture series that will provide information on eight different real estate subjects. Our real estate classes are designed to assist you on understanding each subject so that you may successfully pass the real estate state exam. Students are urged to bring a notebook, pen, and highlighter to our in person classes to take notes during the lectures. A textbook will also be provided to each student. Online students will receive a PDF version of our textbook immediately after registering, and will have the ability to create online notes and save them to their account.

Our real estate classes are designed to assist students in passing the real estate state exam but just as one would for any other exam, a student should also study their notes and text on their own time before they take their exam to even further prepare themselves for testing. Once you receive your real estate sales license, it may be used for either residential or commercial property – for sales or rentals. You may hold the real estate license for future use or go to work for a broker.

What does the course tution include?

The tution for all classes include the required 40 hour course, course materials, online access  to 40hrs of review videos and online practice exams for study purposes. Students have access to the review videos and practice exams for 2 years from date of course completion.
