Our Real Estate Broker Classes

Successful real estate agents use every competitive advantage they possess, especially in the battle for listings. The real estate broker license identifies that you are a real estate professional with at least three years of real estate sales experience. A licensed real estate broker may open up their own real estate office and work for themselves.

Massachusetts State law requires broker candidates take 40 hours of pre-license classes AND to have been actively licensed as a real estate sales agent and have been associated with a real estate broker for the last 3 years.

Our real estate broker class is offered entirely online, and consists of eight different real estate subjects, and includes an electronic textbook. Our classes are designed to assist you on understanding each subject so that you may successfully pass the real estate broker exam.

These streamed classes are taught on a rotating basis throughout the week and weekend to give you multiple days and times to complete your class requirements.

Tuition for this course includes your textbook, more than 700 practice exam questions, plus free review videos.

Our 40-hour online broker course is broken into 2 sections, each containing 4 important real estate topics which will prepare you for the broker exam.
The 4 self-paced topics can be started right away and taken at any time that is convenient for you. Weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, nights...right now. It's totally up to you!
The 4 streaming topics are available on a rotating basis throughout the week. You simply reserve a seat for your preferred day and time for each topic and attend the class on your computer or smartphone (however we do encourage you to attend classes on computers for greater Internet reliability and overall user experience).
After you register, you may start taking the self-paced topics immediately. Before jumping right in, we do suggest that you take a quick second to familiarize yourself with the 4 streaming topics so that you can view the upcoming days and times available for these topics. This way you can you can plan ahead and guarantee a spot at your preferred time.

Class Requirements

Years
Broker candidates must be licensed as a real estate salesperson and have been associated with a broker for the last 3 years.

40
Hours
Prior to the broker examination, a candidate for a broker license shall complete forty (40) hours of pre-licensure education.

Subjects
Our Broker class is made up of 8 independent subjects that are 5 hours each.

Refund Policies

You may receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, if you elect to withdraw from the course before attending a class within 90 days of registration. Students who have started their course are not eligible for a refund.

No refund will be issued after 90 days from date of registration.

Students have 90 days to complete the course.

Course Completion Policy

Students are given 90 days from the date of registration to complete the course. If a student needs more time then we will extend the time out another 90 days at no charge. If the time passed is over six months but within a year the student is charged $175.00 to re-enroll and may choose to complete the topics they have yet to complete or take the course in its entirety ; 1 year up to 2 years the student will be charged $250.00 and must take the course in its entirety; if more than two years has passed the student is required to re-enroll at the current regular tuition rate and complete the course in its entirety.

Surety Bond

Massachusetts requires all licensed brokers to file a $5,000.00 surety bond with The Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers & Salespeople. Broker Exam Candidates are required to bring the bond to their exam appointment. You may purchase a bond at our office. The price of a bond is $50.00 and is renewed ever five years. We are agents for Western Surety/CNA Surety bonding company. If you would like to purchase a bond please email or call the school and we will be happy to assist you.

The State Real Estate Exam

After a student completes the pre-license course, we will provide the education certificate necessary to apply for the exam. . Students have 2 years from the date you finish the course to take and pass the state exam.
