Continuing Education Overview
Massachusetts State law requires Brokers and Salespersons who wish to renew their license on an active status must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE). Our school is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to teach Continuing Education. There is no exam for CE classes whether you take online or live courses.

ONLINE COURSES

We currently offer 12 CE credits online! Most online courses require students to read for 12 hours. Our online courses are comprised of HI-DEF VIDEO PRESENTATIONS.
Each 2 hour subject is split into two 1-hour video presentations.
You may take the course(s) from your home, office, or wherever you have an internet connection.*
The course(s) are available 24/7.
You may take an hour at a time or sit for all twelve!
There is no exam given at anytime during the course.
You will be asked to answer only one question that attests that you the licensee solely took and completed the course yourself.
*Technical Requirements: The following browsers are supported: Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. Flash is required for the course. If you do not not have Flash on your computer you may download it for free at www.adobe.com. The course will not work on devices that do not support flash: iPad – iPhone – or any mobile device that does not support Flash.

Note: Most classes are are set up in order to complete 12 hours in one day or in two 6 hour days. To complete the 12 hours in two 6 hour sessions you must take 2 of the 6 hour groups (A, B, C, or D). You may do this at separate times as well as separate locations.
We offer the subjects above in an array of different package combinations.
Along with our 12 credit packages, we also offer 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 credit packages for those licensees that may not need the complete 12 credits.
