Online Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

Massachusetts State law requires Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons who wish to renew their real estate license on an active status must complete 12 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education (CE). American Real Estate Academy is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to teach Real Estate Continuing Education. There is no exam for Continuing Education classes whether you take them online or as part of our live courses.

We currently offer 12 Continuing Education credits online! Most online real estate continuing education courses require students to read for 12 hours. Our online continuing education courses are comprised of HI-DEF VIDEO PRESENTATIONS.

Each 2-hour subject is split into two 1-hour video presentations.
You may take the course(s) from your home, office, or wherever you have an internet connection.*
The continuing education course(s) are available 24/7.
You may take an hour at a time or sit for all twelve!

There is no real estate continuing education exam given at anytime during the course.
You will be asked to answer only one question that attests that you the licensee solely took and completed the real estate continuing education course yourself.
