American Real Estate Academy offers convenient options for completing your pre-license salesperson education to fit your busy schedule. AREA Offers Flexible Scheduling!
Our Salesperson course is made up of 8 independent subjects that are 5 hours each. Students may take the subjects in any order they wish either during the weekdays or weekends. This flexibility is great for people that have difficult schedules or need to make up a class they missed. Students may mix and match the subjects any way that works for them. REFUND POLICY
1. You may receive a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you elect to withdraw from the course before starting the course.
If a student has begun the course a refund will not be issued.
2. No refund will be issued after 3 months from date of registration.
3. Students have 3 months to complete the course.
The salesperson course is for those that have never held a salesperson/broker license in Massachusetts.
If you have held a salesperson license in Massachusetts at anytime and have let it lapse you will want to contact the Division of Professional Licensure before registering for courses.

Finish in 2 Weeks – (Choose 1 of 2)
SP2 courses meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday for 2 weeks from 9am-2pm at our Waltham School location. SP4 courses meet Saturday & Sundayfor 2 weeks from 9am-7pm at our Waltham School location.
Finish in 4 Weeks – (Choose 1 of 4)
SP3 courses meet Monday & Tuesday for 4 weeks from 9am-2pm at our Waltham School location. SP6 courses meet Thursday & Friday for 4 weeks from 9am-2pm at our Waltham School location. SP10 courses meet Saturdays for 4 weeks from 9am-7pm at our Waltham School location. SP11 courses meet Sundays for 4 weeks from 9am-7pm at our Waltham School location.
Weekdays Only – (Choose 1 of 3)
SP2 courses meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday for 2 weeks from 9am-2pm at our Waltham School location. SP3 courses meet Monday & Tuesday for 4 weeks from 9am-2pm at our Waltham School location. SP6 courses meet Thursday & Fridayfor 4 weeks from 9am-2pm at our Waltham School location.
Weekends Only – (Choose 1 of 3)
SP4 courses meet Saturday & Sunday for 2 weeks from 9am-7pm at our Waltham School location located at 77 Main Street, very limited select dates are offered in Northampton at Centry 21 Pioneer Valley Assicates as well as in Worcester at ERA Key Realty. SP10 courses meet Saturdays for 4 weeks from 9am-7pm at our Waltham School location. SP11 courses meet Sundays for 4 weeks from 9am-7pm at our Waltham School location.
Announcements:
We do not have any Salesperson classes scheduled in Waltham 5/25 – 5/31, we are closed Memorial day weekend & there is a Broker course at the school 5/28 – 5/31. The courses below are scheduled accordingly.
The salesperson course in Worcester will not be held on consecutive weekends. It will begin on 6/1 & 6/2 and conclude on 6/15 & 6/16.
