Broker Course Online Registration
American Real Estate Academy offers convenient options for completing your pre-license broker
education to fit your busy schedule.
Massachusetts State law requires broker candidates take 40 hours of pre-licensure education AND to have been actively licensed as a salesperson and have been associated with a broker for the last 3 years.
AREA’s 40-hour broker license program consists of a four day lecture course. Tuition for this course is $395.00, which includes your textbook.

REFUND POLICY
1. You may receive a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you elect to withdraw from the course before starting the course.
If a student has begun the course a refund will not be issued.
2. No refund will be issued after 3 months from date of registration.
3. Students have 6 months to complete the course.
