Broker Course Online Registration
American Real Estate Academy offers convenient options for completing your pre-license broker
education to fit your busy schedule.
Massachusetts State law requires broker candidates take 40 hours of pre-licensure education AND to have been actively licensed as a salesperson and have been associated with a broker for the last 3 years.
AREA’s 40-hour broker license program consists of a four day lecture course. Tuition for this course is $350.00, which includes your textbook.
